Personal: Born October 16, 1983 in Kingston, Jamaica...Daughter of Linnett Thompson...Qualified for the 2005 NCAA Outdoor Regional Championships, her second consecutive year reaching that plateau...Took 5th in the triple jump at the 2005 MEAC Outdoor Championships...Finished 2nd at the 2004 MEAC Indoor Championships in the triple jump with a leap of 41 feet, 4 inches... Qualified for the 2004 NCAA Outdoor Regional Championships... Has a pr of 19 feet in the long jump and 41 feet, 6 inches in the Triple Jump...Also competes in sprints...Received MEAC academic honors. |
