Season Outlook: Jackson, along side of Maher and Quick, form one of the best outfielders in the conference. He will spend most of his time in left field and will also help the Hawks with his bat, as he will get some action in the leadoff position. "He is a tremendous athlete with great speed," said Head Coach Bobby Rodriguez. "He has a good glove and a good arm."

2005: Hit .229 (16-70) in 33 games...recorded 16 hits, including six triples (second on the team) and three doubles...scored 13 runs and drove in six...stole eight bases in nine attempts and had a fielding percentage of .882...second on the team in triples (6) and third on the team in stolen bases (8).

2004: Hit .256 (31-121) in 43 games...recorded 31 hits, including a triple and six doubles...scored 15 runs and drove in eight...reached base via the walk nine times, stole seven bases in eight attempts and had a fielding percentage of .936 with two outfield assists.

2003: Hit .205 (8-39) in 20 games...recorded eight hits, including a triple...scored six runs and drove in three...reached base via the walk five times, was successful on all three of his stolen base attempts, and had a .909 fielding percentage with a outfield assist.

High School/Club Team: Jackson, who earned varsity letters in football and baseball, was a three-time DeKalb County batting champion and stolen base leader.
