Feb. 25, 2005 PRINCESS ANNE, MD - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore baseball program has cancelled its three-game home weekend series against Fairleigh Dickinson University and its Monday afternoon game against Penn State University due to snow. The Fighting Hawks, who postponed this past Wednesday's home double-header against Norfolk State, will not make up the three games against FDU or the single game against Penn State. UMES is still looking for a make-up date for the Norfolk State double-header, but will return to action on Wednesday, March 2nd as they play host to LeHigh University for a double-header starting at Noon at Hawk Stadium. |
