SALISBURY, Md. - Former University of Maryland Eastern Shore forward Jareem Dowling has spent five years of his life at Cecil Community college, first as a player and then as an assistant basketball coach under Bill Lewit. But on Monday he'll be coaching elsewhere for the first time. Dowling has been hired as an assistant coach under new head coach Kevin Reynolds at Division II Slippery Rock University.
